We are now welcoming applications for an experienced kitchen and bedroom designer to join our Essex studio.

This opportunity is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in high-end kitchen design, bedroom design and client-facing project work.

You will bring a refined creative instinct, confidence in presenting proposals and the ability to guide clients through a seamless, elevated experience from the first measure to the final design.

About the Designer Role

This position is suited to a designer with a strong foundation in kitchen and bedroom design, paired with a natural ability to create spaces that feel effortless, functional and refined. Bathroom design experience is welcomed, and in-house training will be provided where required.

You will work closely with clients from the first conversation through to proposal delivery, guiding them with confidence and clarity. Key Responsibilities for the Kitchen and Bedroom Designer Position

• Designing kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms using Winner Flex
• Managing client journeys through Houzz CRM
• Conducting precise on-site surveys and home measures
• Creating free-flowing, innovative design concepts bespoke to each client
• Managing quotations from creation to follow-up, ensuring every viable opportunity is progressed and maximised
• Presenting proposals with confidence, clarity and a client-centred approach
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless project experience
• Selling designs and confirming orders

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in kitchen design and sales is essential
• Bedroom design and sales experience preferred
• Bathroom design and sales experience are beneficial but not required
• Strong creative instinct with an elevated eye for detail
• Confident communicator with polished client-facing skills
• Ability to manage projects from initial brief to final installation

Salary, Hours and Package Details

• Salary plus commission
• 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday
• Weekday day off negotiable
• Standard holiday entitlement of 28 days, including bank holidays, with time off in lieu provided when bank holiday working is required
