Spires Interiors completed the design, manufacture, and installation of this stunning, bespoke staircase at a property in Layer de la Haye near Colchester, Essex.
The owners of the property had recently undertaken a full double-storey extension of their property, and as part of this, their existing staircase needed replacing, and a new staircase installed in the new hallway extension. After contacting us, our in-house interior designers worked closely with both Lisa (our client) and our team of expert craftsmen to create a design that balanced both a modern, clean aesthetic whilst retaining an element of character and charm.

The client was very keen to contribute to the design phase of this staircase build and with more and more clients using websites and apps like Houzz and Pinterest to gather ideas and create mood boards for their staircase renovation (or any other renovation project), Lisa was able to provide us with an image to work from when designing the new stairs. These were hand-crafted in our workshop in Manningtree, Essex, and expertly-fitted on-site, giving Lisa the exact look she wanted for her hallway.
