We began by surveying the space, exploring what could be reconfigured and presenting several layout options for both the bathroom and dressing room.
Once the ideal floor plan was agreed, we refined the design with the client in our showroom, selecting finishes, cabinetry styles, tiles, flooring and lighting.

Q: How did you hear about Spires Interiors for your bathroom and dressing room project?
A: I did a lot of research online for bathroom and dressing room installation companies and contacted 2 or 3 different companies.
I was looking for a company that would offer an all-encompassing service that would handle every aspect of the bathroom and dressing room project for me.
I knew what I wanted for this space, but it was 3 rooms, and I wasn’t quite sure what walls could be moved for the bathroom and fitted wardrobe installation, so I needed somebody who knew about the structure of the building, the plumbing, the electrics, the décor and everything.

A: Spires were really good. If they missed a call, I’d leave a message, and they always rang back.
When I went in to see them, they would always have somebody available to speak to me about the bathroom design and fitted wardrobes.

Q: Tell us about the bathroom and dressing room design process.
A: Claude came round, and we discussed the space and what I wanted.
He measured the area and came up with a couple of floor plan ideas. Then I went into the office, and he showed me the options for the bathroom design and dressing room layout, and we made tweaks to get it perfect.
We then chose finishes together in the showroom, including tiles, wood flooring and carpet. It was very much a collaboration, which I really liked.

Q: What do you think about the quality of the bathroom and fitted wardrobe craftsmanship?
A: I think the bathroom installation and fitted wardrobe quality is really, really good.
Because it’s such an awkwardly shaped building, there are lots of angles and eaves, but they fitted it out beautifully.
I am so impressed with the bathroom and fitted wardrobe installation.
A Respectful, Well‑Managed Installation Experience
Q: And the bathroom and dressing room installation process, how was that daily?
A: It was fine. They were so good. The team put cardboard down on the stairs and protected the rest of the house.
Stephen rang a couple of times in the evenings to check I was happy, which I thought was a good thing.
It was that dialogue and personal ownership which was good.
Fair Pricing and Thoughtful Product Recommendations
Q: How was the pricing for your bathroom and dressing room project?
A: I could see from the showroom that the quality was going to be good. Claude was very good at suggesting items.
He’d give me 2 or 3 options, none of them ridiculously expensive.
The installation wasn’t cheap, but it was worth it.
This is our forever house, and now it’s done.
